It recognizes when i place a pod in it and when i hit it with no pod (displays no atomizer message) but when i insert the pod and hit it nothing happens. Mine is doing the same thing!!! The store replaced it but my new one is doing the same thing. Since its shot, try submerging in water. I saw this in another thread. Put under water for 10 seconds then dry really good. Odiously dont do this while charging and pod in. The Novo failed to put a flap to stop juice from getting into the device. I got the novo x on Saturday. It’s been working fine but yesterday I noticed I ran out of juice quicker than the day before. I’ve kept it on 10 watts since I got it. Well I refilled it last night and I still had half a tank by the time I got home from work, but the juice turned brown and it tasted funny. It also started leaking a little bit. .
